BellaCat - Offline Music Player

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing or using BellaCat - Offline Music Player (“the App”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service, the developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control.

3. Ownership

The App binary and trade name are the developer’s property.Open-source components and royalty-free assets used inside the App remain subject to their respective licenses, but no license is granted to reverse-engineer or redistribute the compiled App.

4. Local-Only Operation

The App is a fully offline music player.It does not stream, search, or download music. All audio files must already exist on your device or be imported by you through iOS Files app.

Exception: To process subscriptions and lifetime purchases via Apple StoreKit2, the App must connect to Apple's servers for purchase verification. This is the only network activity performed by the App.

5. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any audio files you load into the App and for ensuring they do not infringe copyright or other laws.The developer does not monitor, filter, or store your files.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code (except as expressly permitted by law);
use the App to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
circumvent or manipulate the App's purchase verification system;
redistribute the App outside the App Store.
